DO NOT TRADE with these guys!!!! we purchased a few bathroom items back in March 2016 and we still haven't received them. They had 4 weeks notice to deliver for the date that we wanted and Zip have failed to deliver, we have been continuously trying to contact the owner B**** but he is ignoring my phone calls. Now we are in the process of requesting a full refund for their lack of customer service. So disappointing as we have paid cash upfront.
