Do not pay in advance or buy anything over a few dollars from this company. They will not refund even when they have the goods in their possession and you do not have what you paid for. Real example. Purchased a tank and paid for it in advance as requested. Tank and stand were delivered by their staff. Stand had been damaged and touched up with inkpen of some kind and looked like had acne. Didn't bother checking tank. Staff spoke to store owner as did we. Only remedy from owner was for them to take it away and refund. Owner said he would refund but would not refund until he had the money, which would not be until he had a good week. He did this in writing and verbally. 5 weeks after I paid him I still do not have the money and he will not say when he will refund and I do not have a tank. He tells me to take the damaged tank and to sell it if I want my money. Avoid this guy.
