VALUE CARS WAREHOUSE - CHRISTCHURCH, CAN

Went to try out five compact cars at Value Cars Warehouse located on Moorhouse, where sales agent B. H. was overly pushy for us to consider a sale. He did however provide good information regarding the cars that we looked at. We had sampled five compact hatchback cars after driving each one for 5 minutes around the block. After we finished, he inquired about us going forward with purchasing the car that I took a liking to. After I commented that we would "look around" for more options around town, he said to himself (with the intention that we heard it) "Well that was a waste of time, wasn't it?" on our way out of the showroom. I find this to be an utterly unacceptable attitude towards customers that are purchasing vehicles, where it is normal for consumers to sample and shop around other car dealers, as this nature of purchase has significant financial, performance and social risk. After such rude encounter, any chance that I would buy a car from them quickly plummeted. Although I cannot speak for the other sales agents in the company, my experience with one of them on the team is enough to suggest that there is little "value" in the customer service.

Recently purchased a Toyota Ractis from yourselves. The vehicle, when I went to collect it was like a brand new model beautifully presented and I found the staff were really helpful too. Special mention for Kirk Harcourt for looking after us. Everyone was sooo nice. Have already recommended your company to some of our friends. Great experience!!!!
