Had my gold chain repaired on mid February, 3 weeks after i went to get it and was told that they could not find it, gave them a chance to look for it then bout 2 months of following up after they were forcing me to take a thinner and shorter length replacement, when i argued the male owner said they don't want me to take advantage! seriously I was the one being accused of taking advantage! it was only a week after i brought my friend to be a witness of all these that they magically found my necklace! and guess what? they had the nerve to let me pay for the service! the CRAPPY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! this deserves ZERO rating by the way but because the system won't allow me hence the star! NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION!
